23 - 25 October 2026
Noordhoek, Cape Town
Before the final stretch of the year gathers momentum, give yourself permission to pause.
Join us for a restorative weekend between the mountains and the sea—a weekend to step away from everyday demands, receive the care you need and reconnect with yourself.
This is your invitation to rest, breathe and listen more closely to the voice within you.
Life can become so full of responsibilities, expectations and decisions that we lose touch with our own needs.
We may begin looking outside ourselves for answers, questioning what we feel or overriding the quiet inner voice that knows when something is right—or when it is not.
To retreat is to create space: space to slow down, restore your energy and reconnect with what matters.
In the peaceful surroundings of Noordhoek, you will be supported to step out of the noise and return to yourself.
Self-trust is the ability to listen to yourself with compassion and respond with courage.
It means recognising what you need, respecting your boundaries and making choices that feel aligned with who you are.
Over the course of the weekend, we will gently explore:
How to hear your own voice more clearly
What makes you doubt or disconnect from yourself
How your body communicates what you need
How to honour your needs without guilt
How to take your next steps with greater confidence
You do not need to arrive with answers. This weekend is about creating enough space for your own wisdom to emerge.
As you move into the final months of the year, you will leave with a more grounded connection to yourself—and a deeper sense that you can trust yourself to meet what comes next.
Reconnect with your body through gentle, mindful movement.
There will be opportunities for slow, soulful walks, nourishing yin flows, meditation and quiet moments of connection with your breath.
No previous movement or meditation experience is needed. You will always be encouraged to listen to your body and participate in ways that feel right for you.
Creative expression can help us access insights that words alone cannot always reach.
A variety of creative materials and invitations will be available throughout the weekend. You may choose to follow a guided process, explore freely or simply enjoy becoming absorbed in a healing activity.
No artistic skill or experience is required.
Healing happens both in moments of solitude and in the experience of being seen and supported by others.
Our retreat community offers a space to share, listen and remember that you are not alone. There will be meaningful opportunities to connect, balanced with plenty of time to rest or be on your own.
You will always be free to choose the level of participation that feels comfortable for you.

There will be spaciousness in the programme.
You may spend your free time walking on the beach, resting in your room, reading, journalling or simply doing very little.
This weekend is not about achieving more. It is an opportunity to slow down and receive what you need.
Our spacious retreat house is situated close to the shores of Noordhoek Beach, beneath the beautiful embrace of Chapman’s Peak.
Filled with natural light and views of the sea and mountains, the house offers both welcoming communal areas and quiet spaces where you can retreat for time alone.
Bedrooms are arranged as twin rooms, with bedding and towels provided. All rooms are en-suite.
Most bedrooms are upstairs. A limited number of downstairs rooms are available for guests who would feel more comfortable on the ground floor. Please tell us about any accessibility needs when registering.
All meals are included and lovingly prepared for the retreat.
Our food is homemade, healthy and wholesome. Each shared meal offers another opportunity to slow down, connect and experience a sense of community.
Basic dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please provide full details on your registration form so that we can confirm what is possible.

Connect is a restorative wellbeing retreat designed for adults who are able to participate independently in reflective, creative and group-based activities.
The retreat includes experiences that invite personal reflection and emotional awareness, but it is not a therapeutic programme or a substitute for individual mental health treatment.
If you are currently experiencing significant mental health difficulties, are in a period of acute instability, or are unsure whether the retreat format would be supportive for you, please contact us before booking. We may occasionally recommend a brief conversation before confirming a place to ensure that the retreat is an appropriate fit and that we are able to support your participation safely.
The intention is not to provide a quick fix or a set of answers, but to create enough space for you to notice what you need, what matters to you and what helps you feel more grounded and connected to yourself.
You may leave with greater clarity, a few practical ways to support yourself in everyday life, and a stronger sense of what self-trust looks like for you personally. Each person’s experience will be different.
The weekend has a gentle structure, with a balance of guided activities, shared meals, time outdoors, creative and reflective practices, and space to rest or simply be.
You won’t be moving from one activity to the next all day. We have intentionally built in breathing room so that the weekend feels spacious rather than over-scheduled.
Some sessions will invite you to participate together as a group, while others will offer more individual reflection or free time. The programme provides enough structure to help you settle into the experience, while still allowing space to respond to your own energy and needs.
