We are so happy to invite you to join us for this four-part personal growth and self-care practice: The Healing Rituals.
In the Healing Spaces Wellness community we are passionate about incorporating consistent processes and rituals into our lives. We believe that transformation is not a once-off, but an ongoing practice of awareness, action, intention and implementation.
We have developed a simple four-step process that you can easily follow and recreate in your own healing space using our videos to guide you.
Each Healing Ritual will take about 45 minutes or so. You can always stop the video and take a bit longer in each step if you need it or replay a section if you feel you want settle in deeper into that part of the process.
The steps are based on our collective professional and personal experience, and we hope that it becomes a regular ritual that allows you a deeper connection with yourself, inspiring healthy action to flow from this connection. So let’s tell you a bit more about the 4 steps and then we can get ready to practice…
You are more than welcome to email us if you get stuck or have a question about a certain step in the process. We hope you will be so excited about your practice that you will share the experience with us too!
We also look forward to seeing you live online or in person at our Healing Spaces Wellness groups, workshops and retreats.
